NIP 6871918796, REGON 522993540. Personal data is obtained and processed in the manner and on the terms set out in this Policy.
II. General provisions
CADing.PRO pays special attention to the protection of the privacy of clients, contractors, employees and associates. One of its key aspects is the protection of the rights and freedoms of natural persons in relation to the processing of their personal data.
CADing.PRO makes sure that your data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: "GDPR"), the Act on the protection of personal data.
CADing.PRO is the Administrator of personal data within the meaning of art. 4 point 7 of the GDPR, and also uses the services of processing entities referred to in art. 4 point 8 GDPR - they process personal data on behalf of the Administrator (these are e.g. IT companies, hosting companies).
CADing.PRO implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security corresponding to the possible risk of violating the rights or freedoms of natural persons with a different probability of occurrence and the severity of the threat.
III. What does CADing.PRO use your personal data for
As a freelance engineer, I process the data of people who cooperate with me. Contact details obtained from contractors are used to conclude and efficiently implement contracts. I use the data of my clients to perform the contract and provide my services. I also conduct marketing activities and as part of it I try to reach the widest possible group of interested parties in order to provide them with up-to-date information about my products and services.
I only provide third parties with your data with your consent or when I am obliged to do so under the law.
IV. On what terms and on what basis does CADing.PRO process your data
CADing.PRO takes every effort to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensure that the data is:
- processed in accordance with the law, fairly and in a transparent manner for the data subject;
- collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner inconsistent with these purposes;
- adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed;
- correct and updated as necessary. I take steps to ensure that personal data that is incorrect in the light of the purposes of their processing are immediately removed or corrected;
- stored in a form that enables identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing;
- processed in a manner that ensures adequate security of personal data.
Processing may also be necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests, an example of which is the pursuit of claims from my business activities.
V. What rights do you have
CADing.PRO takes appropriate measures to provide you with all relevant information in a concise, transparent, understandable and easily accessible form and conduct all communication with you regarding the processing of personal data in connection with the exercise of your right to:
- information provided when collecting personal data;
- information provided upon request - whether the data is processed and other issues specified in art. 15 GDPR, including the right to a copy of the data;
- correction of the data;
- being forgotten;
- processing restrictions;
- data transfer;
- objection;
- not being subject to decisions based solely on automated processing (including profiling);
- information about a breach of data protection.
In addition, if your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw it. The consent may be withdrawn at any time, which does not affect the legality of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

The security of your data is my priority, however, if you decide that by processing your personal data I violate the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
VI. How will CADing.PRO contact you
CADing.PRO provides information in writing or otherwise, including, where appropriate, electronically. If you submit your request electronically, the information will also be provided electronically, if possible.
VII. How long will it take to fulfill your request
I try to provide information immediately - as a rule, within one month of receiving the request.
If necessary, this period may be extended by another two months due to the complexity of the request. However, in any case, within one month of receiving the request, I will inform you of the action taken and (if applicable) of the extension of the deadline, stating the reason for such delay.
VIII. Subcontractors / processors
If I work with entities that process personal data on my behalf, I only use the services of such processors that provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, so that data processing meets the requirements of the GDPR and protects the rights of data subjects.
The recipients of your personal data may be:
- entities and bodies authorized to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions, banks if it is necessary to conduct settlements;
- institutions providing funding for the performance of the contract concluded with the Administrator;
- entities cooperating as part of marketing campaigns;
- couriers;
- a company providing IT and hosting services.
IX. Data Retention
CADing.PRO stores personal data in a form that permits identification of the data subject for no longer than it is necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed. After the lapse of such a period, I anonymize the data (deprive any features that make it possible to identify a given person) or delete it. In the retention procedure, I ensure that the period of personal data storage is limited to the strict minimum. The retention policy covers both data processed in paper and electronic form.
X. Authorizations
I ensure that every person acting under my authorization and having access to your personal data processes it only at my request, unless other requirements result from EU law or the law of a Member State.
XI. Cookies
- Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the website User's end device and are intended for the use of the website's pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number;
- The entity that places cookies on the website User's end device and obtains access to them is the website owner;
- The cookie mechanism is not used to obtain any information about website users or to track their navigation. Cookies used on the website do not store any personal data or other information collected from users and are used for statistical purposes;

In most cases, the software in this area can be configured independently, including, inter alia, forcing automatic blocking of cookies. It should be borne in mind that the settings of restrictions in relation to the use of cookies may affect the operation of some of the website's functionalities;
- Cookies are used for adjusting the content of the website pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the device of the website User and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs and creating statistics that help to understand how website Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
- There are two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User;
- The following types of cookies may be used as part of the website: "Necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, eg authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website, cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication on the website, "Performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of the website pages, "Functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalization of the User's interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, website appearance, etc.
XII. Links to other websites
The Website Administrator informs that the Website contains links to other websites. The Website Administrator recommends that you read the privacy policies in force there, as he is not responsible for them.
XIII. Securing user data on the Website
The Website uses an SSL certificate to prevent unauthorized access to data.

CADing.PRO reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at anytime without prior notice. I will post these changes on this page so please review this document each time before you provide CADing.PRO with any personal information.
This Policy is effective as of 01.09.2022. Your continued use of the Website after seven (7) days of any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Privacy Policy. CADing.PRO suggests that you check this Privacy Policy periodically if you are concerned about how your information is used.
